    All phones purchased from ourselves come with a manufacturers 12 month warranty. In the event of a phone developing a fault return it to ourselves and we will return it to the manufacturer, and supply you with a free-of-charge loan unit for the duration of the repair.

    We do not perform warranty repairs for phones purchased from any source other than ourselves.

    All phones connected to the EE network are preset to support the answer phone facility as soon as your phone is live and working. Switching these answer phones on and off are controllable by the network only. To collect your messages simply use the relevant key on your phones keypad or dial 2222. 02 & Vodafones answer phone or recall services can be switched on or off as per your requirements, simply by keying the following instructions into the keypad of your phone:

    Dial 1750 send/OK to set up your answer phone
    Dial 901 send/OK to recall your messages.
    Dial 1760 send/OK to cancel your answer phone

    Vodafone
    Dial 1211 send/OK to set up you recall service.
    Dial 121 send/OK to recall your messages.
    Dial 1210 send/OK to cancel your recall service.

    The most likely cause for not being able to send text messages is incorrect message settings. Check to see if the message centre number is correct. Depending on the network which you are on the following apply:

    Vodafone: +447785016005

    Your phones user guide will explain how to programme the message centre number correctly.

    Panic! Unless you have your phone insured you will be liable for any damage incurred to your handset. The cost involved to repair or replace your handset, will be dependant on the tariff and the network that you are on. If you have purchased your phone from ourselves, contact us to see if we can assist.

    You will need to contact your Service Provider to lift the international & roaming bars before you leave the UK. The service provider is the company who you pay your monthly line rental to. You will find their relevant contact numbers on the back of your last invoice from them. If you already know who your service provider is the following numbers may be of use to you:

    We do have a 24 hour answer phone facility which is checked regularly out of hours, should you wish to leave us a message; and we will return your call just as soon as we can.

    Firstly you need to place a stolen/lost bar on your handset to prevent anyone else from using it. Contact one of the following numbers depending on the network you are on:

    If your phone has been purchased from us originally, or from elsewhere, contact us at the next available opportunity and we will discuss with you the options that you have to replace your handset.

    The procedure to upgrade a handset and the costs involved are very much dependant on Network and Tariff. In general if you have had a particular handset for over 12 months the cost to upgrade it is generally cheaper than within 12 months.
